This app is terrible

I got this app thinking that it would be like a similar concept to Animal Jam: Play Wild. But yeah I was wrong. On both games you get to meet new people, hang out, buy things at the stores, role play, and so on. So Im new... Right? And Im looking for a tutorial, it is so short I wouldnt even call it a tutorial. So I figured out how to go to a room and I asked if someone could help me because I was new and didnt know how to play the game, the tutorial was just a man named Frank coming to my room to give me a fridge and show me where my inventory was. Anyways I go to the room and I asked for help as Ive just said, and kids just start cussing I get adults and teens most likely play this game such as myself but I didnt expect to be cussed at! Also the vibe wasnt friendly AT ALL. Anyways I continued to ask for help and NOT one single player tried to help me. Why did I get this app in the first place your asking? Because I kept seeing the add on some of the games I played, mainly slither.io though, so it was so colorful and tempting I had to get it! I was trying to give the game a chance, but I was so confused on how to play. This game is super laggy and glitchy! This game was not for me, thats for sure.
